This page gives an overview of the main rules for NineWin accounts and offers. The complete terms accepted at registration, and the conditions displayed when an offer is claimed, always take priority over this summary.
Account eligibility
You must be at least 18 and allowed to gamble under the laws where you live. Only one account per person is permitted. We do not accept players from certain countries, including the United States, Spain and France.
Package terms
The package covers your first three deposits of £20 or more. The first carries a 100% match up to £500 and 150 free spins, and the second a 55% match up to £500 and 100 free spins. The third carries a 100% match up to £500, for a combined total of up to £1,500 and 250 free spins. Bonus funds must be wagered 35x on the bonus amount, and winnings from free spins are paid as bonus funds on the same basis. Claiming is optional.
Continuing promotions
50HIGH is a 50% match up to £500, and RELDAY is a 25% match up to £100 on Sundays. Weekly cashback of up to 25% applies to net losses, and rakeback of up to 18% to the house edge of real-money bets. Specific conditions are shown with each promotion.
Game contribution
Slots contribute 100% towards wagering, while live and table games contribute a reduced percentage or nothing. Certain games cannot be played with bonus funds.
Verification
We verify identity, address and payment method before a first withdrawal, and may request further documents for larger amounts.
Withdrawals
Crypto withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours of approval, card withdrawals in 2-3 business days and bank transfers within 72 hours. Bonus funds must be wagered in full, or forfeited, before withdrawal.
Licensing
We are operated by Pointissimo B.V. under a Curaçao licence. This is not a UK Gambling Commission licence, complaints we can't resolve go to the Curaçao licensing authority, and UK statutory dispute resolution does not apply.
Amendments
We may change or end promotions and their terms at any time. The terms shown when you claim an offer are the ones that govern it.
